4, Job Duties 工作职责: *Responsible for the defined work or project mainly including: *Conduct market research and competitor analysis for specific product categories *Develop and execute the product sourcing strategy for the assigned category with ownership on the performance in terms of supplier’s QDCRT (quality, delivery, cost, response, technical support) *Drive continuous improvement in total cost reduction *Drive product development process in collaboration with suppliers & internal stakeholders, from portfolio phase until market exit *Coaches, motivates and develops direct reports
Primary Responsibilities: % of Time Projects Follow-Ups 25% *Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders & suppliers to execute the whole process effectively and efficiently including RFQ follow up, price analysis, sampling, product development, commercial negotiation, etc
Cost Saving 25% *Identify and provide year on year cost savings through developing alternatives, enhance efficiency, negotiation and value engineering activities etc
Supplier Management 20% *Provide Monthly/Annual report of purchase spend and supplier scorecard analysis in order for managing the suppliers in right priority *Improve supplier’s delivery performance with Quality/ENG assistance *Develop and execute sourcing strategy and Improve supplier relationship *Provide assistance as for quality/production issues by means of driving supplier’s execution on the corrective action plan and policies/procedures Commercial 20% *Source new product and new supplier to meet business need *Conduct supplier commercial assessment *Responsible for commercial discussion with supplier such as NDA, tooling agreement, payment term, lead time, delivery term etc Others 10% *Coach, motivate and develop direct reports
