Role purpose:

To deliver high quality express services with high efficiency and safety to
customers, provide expertise support to and monitor and direct Area’
Operations, and coordinate OPS Support team to provide services to Area
Operations to ensure improvement in both service and transit time performance
whilst managing costs based on country operations process and regulations
considering Area’ status.

Main Accountabilities
61Allocate appropriate resources to provide best-in-class express
transportation service to meet customers’ business requirements.61

customers.61拓展并维护与区域重点客户的关系61Keep and improve standards of Operations and manage
cost to meet Area Operations . 61维持和提升作业标准，并管理成本，从而达到区域作业部的要求61Develop and manage
partner relationship, manage performance and cost of key suppliers within Area.
61发展并管理合作关系，管理区域内主要供应商的绩效和成本61Build strong relationship with cross functions like
sales&marketing, GWY to achieve company goal.61与跨职能部门如销售、口岸等建立紧密关系，协作实现公司目标。61

In this position you need to have
61 Degree (or equivalent) 企业管理本科学历（或同等学历）61 8-10 years experience in a service
related role, preferably in the Air Express Industry 8-10年服务相关领域的工作经验，航空快递行业经验尤佳
613-5 years experience in management role (preferable) 3-5 年承担管理角色的经验（优先考虑） 61
Good command of English written andspoken skills 良好的英语读写能力
