该职位工作地点为中山,签署短期合同职位,有机会签署正式劳动合同 Job Responsibilities 1.Edit and manage the technical training management policy based on ISO, I-Quality, EHS and ESG request. Optimize the training documentation for the new ZS site start-up 2.Transfer current training management system to new ZS site, and optimize the system based on practical needs 3.Based on business request, plan, organize and follow up the training execution in the new ZS site. Continuously improve the training effectiveness based on new ZS site’s request. 4.Based on ISO and I-Quality requirement, keep the training records and make the records accuracy 5.Take the ownership to pass all the internal and external audits including customer quality audit, ESG audit, ISO audit and other audits 6.Complete the tasks assigned by the management team Job Requirements 1.Junior College and Above. Engineering related, Chemical engineering related, Technical Related, and HR related; 2. 5 years working experience in the technical training in the manufacturing area, especially the frontline employees’ training.
