1、College degree/diploma or above；
2、Strong analytical skill and able to work under pressure；
3、Good command of English language skill both spoken and written；
4、Data collection for failure analysis、define root cause and drive corrective actions in a professional and effective manner；
5、Proven job experience and track record from project development till launch and sustain i.e. project NPI；
6、More than 5 years of work experience from plastic injection molding industry is highly desirable；
7、Proficient of using statistical analysis tool and knowledge e.g Minitab, 6sigma, SPC, Control charts；
8、Report preparation skill: 8D, PAPP, FMEA and apply in real situation。
