1. Act as Contract Logistics project manager, fully in charge of solution design, cost model, presentation, commercial discussion, contract negociation, project implementation, account management. 2. Taking the role as Customer Representative; 3. Project implementation. 4. Participating the commercial contract discussion/negotiation; 5. Coordinating the cross function teams of the company to ensure a customer’s satisfaction; 6. Support business development manager for new opportunity and marketing activities etc.; 7. Analyze the integration of customer on quality indicators, reliability and service level, deriving from warning network and purpose of improvement action; 8. Evaluate customer satisfaction made by customer (indicator, survey); 9. Other tasks by manager.
