Job purpose: To manage/lead new customer/system implementation, being a welcoming party and bridging the sales and operational activities, to ensure smooth onboarding of new or additional business into KN organization and uplift customer experience.
Your Responsibilities: 61 Project Management -Utilize project management methodology/tools to achieve the project delivery. -Prepare for regular project status updates to internal/external key stakeholders and make proper escalation to remove roadblocks. - Pro-actively manage the project scope and report out scope creep or change requests timely. -Be alert to cost management throughout the implementation cycle. -Carry out risk management throughout the implementation cycle and locate necessary risk mitigation solutions. - Conduct handover procedure during project closure. -Create lesson-learn post project closure and promote internal sharing.
61 Customer Experience Engagement -Establish and maintain strong customer relationship. -Pair up with customer project team to deliver a seamless onboarding. -Conduct regular customer meetings to deep dive into customer requirement/needs. -Connect customer to various functions/departments within KN.
Must have: Solid experience in Project Management skills, Communication Skillss, Stakeholder Management , Freight Forwarding Knowledege. Fluent in Enlish & Mandarin.
