职责Responsibilities
1. 负责工艺开发及相关工艺文档的输出，包含DQ、IQ、OQ，PQ等
Responsible for process development and relevant process documentation, from DQ,IQ,OQ to DQ.

2. 负责生产工艺跟进和改善,从质量和效率的角度持续推进工艺优化。Responsible for production process follow up and improvement, and continuously promote process optimization in terms of quality and efficiency.

3. 负责跟进识别试产过程中遇到工艺问题并提供解决方案。
Responsible for following up and identifying process problems encountered after the trial production and providing solutions.

要求 Requirements
1. 本科以上学历，自动化、机械工程、电子相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in automation, mechanical engineering, electronic, pneumatic related disciplines.
2. 熟悉自动化生产，熟悉科学的工艺开发方法，有自动化生产相关的工艺经验。Familiar with automated production and scientific process development methods, process experience related to automated production is preferable. (How many years of experience is required?)
3. 熟悉ABB、KUKA、西门子相关的设备机器，并且具备相应的编程技能。
Familiar with ABB, KUKA, Siemens related equipment machines and able to programming on the machines.
4. 良好的英语听说读写能力 Proficient in English.
5. 良好的沟通、协作能力 Good communication skills and team worker
