A. Key Job Description职位描述 1. Communication & coordination: 1.1 Customer Account service & management for domestic customer. 国内客户关系服务和管理。 1.2 Order follow up & management from Supplier & Customer. 客户和供应商的订单跟进和管理。 1.3 Communicating with customers & Suppliers by email, phone, wetchat & teams 通过邮件,电话,微信或TEAMS与客户进行沟通。 1.4 Coordinate with head quarter, Regional sales & customers for finalize order terms. 与公司总部,地域销售和客户确认好客户的交易条款。 2. Procurement & sales Order Process follow up & Control: 2.1 Align cost with head quarter & sales Price with regional sales, quotation follow up & control. 产品成本和报价确认, 报价后的订单跟进和控制 2.2 Direct customer to place orders with lead time not shorter than standard, cope with supplier or Bru to work on prioritization. 引导客户在标准周期内下单,与供应商或BRU对接处理优先级 2.3 Input sales orders from customer in master excel file, overlook order & stock status of each products, then place open orders to supplier. 客户订单录入EXCEL控制表,根据每个产品的订单和库存情况,向供应商下需求订单量。 2.4 Make shipping plan to Supplier to deliver goods to required destination & follow up. 向供应商安排出货计划并跟进进货情况 2.5 Get cuttings from relative warehouse, send to customer as quality control piece for shipment approval. 向相关仓库取得缸号小布样,出货前寄出给客户作为出货前确认。 2.6 Get sign-off contract from customer for ready to be shipped items. Align with SKC finance dept. to ensure payment terms being fulfilled. 出货前跟客户签好购买合同并履行付款条款。 3. Stock & shipping 3.1 Align shipping plan with customer, complete shipping documents & giving shipping instruction to SKM whs or HESC whs for fabric delivery. 按照到货、库存情况跟客户提前确认好出货计划,完成出货文件,向在货仓库(样板王报税仓货海格仓)发出出货指令。 3.2 Record & follow up all shipping logs for in & out, including relative cost occurred. 记录并跟进所有运输日志, 记录包括相关费用的产生。 3.3 Open order follow up & chase up with customer. 客户账号的开放订单量的跟踪和发货催促
