职责描述: - Review the HC application and job profile to understand the requirements, role and responsibility. Discuss with hiring manager on the specific competence, skills, knowledge and other requirements. -Sourcing : Plan and manage the sourcing process. Post and regularly manage recruiting information internal & external on the recruit channels -Selection: Scan candidates' CV, review their qualification per the requirements -Arrange interview to evaluate candidates' competence, skills, knowledge, behavior etc.Keep on improve selection process to improve hiring qualify
