Job Descriptions
Provide QA advice on complex products to factories before and during sample review and during manufacturing process.
Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality.
Conducting pre-production meetings and factory audits to assure all requirements/materials/components, production parameter and production process are understood, followed and complied with.
Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet with international/customers’ compliance standards
Check samples against product specifications.
Partnering with service providers for laboratory testing and monitoring their performance
Providing advice to merchandisers on quality related issues with acceptable tolerances and rational objectives
Conduct in-line and final product inspections and provide advice and solutions on technical issues considering the features and limitations of products and materials and to ensure customers' quality standards
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
Degree in related discipline preferred
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
Strong knowledge of ISO9000/ISO14000/AQL 2.5/4 is a must
Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communication effectively with internal and external parties
Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Literate in Microsoft office programs
Frequent travel is required
