职位说明 工作职责: 1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Dean, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence; 2. Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain official documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events; 3. Communication: Act as a liaison between the Dean and faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders. Handle inquiries and provide information as needed; 4. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively; 5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with institutional policies; 6. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the School Office. 岗位要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years working experience; preferably in an academic or executive environment; candidates with less working experience will be considered for more junior ranks; 2. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Chinese, proficiency in office software and relevant AI tools; 3. Strong organizational and time management skills; 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; 5. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills; 6. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
