Responsibility：
* Be the customers’ primary contact on project and related activities, and assist to provide full project management and follow-up services to customers.
在项目和相关活动中作为客户的首要联系人，为客户提供项目管理和后续服务。
* Daily communication with customers on project status for the in-charge program.
在自己负责的项目中，每天与客户沟通项目状态。
* Handle daily applications for clients.
为客户处理每天的测试申请。
* Coordination and monitoring on all developmental projects.
协调并掌控所有进行中的项目。
* Assist to review test criteria given by customer and study the feasibility of standard operation procedures. Assist to formulate Quality Assurance program for customer.
审核由客户提供的测试标准，研究标准操作程序的可行性。为客户制定品质保证方案。
* Assist to review projects with technical staff. Assist to resolve technical problems with customers and internal staff.
协助技术人员审核项目。帮助客户和内部员工解决技术问题。
* Work with agency, vendors and internal staffs to ensure all tests and documentation meet customer expectation with on-time delivery.
和代理商、供应商和内部员工一起确保所有的测试和文件按时交付，满足客户的期望，
* In-depth review and preparation for customer samples and documents such as weekly test status summary, proof set / mass production sample review and documentation. Work closely with Manufacturing Engineer in all key milestones to enhance customer product quality fulfillment.
为客户的样品和文件进行深度的审核和准备，如每周的测试状态摘要，生产样品的审核和文件归档。在所有关键阶段，和制造工程师紧密合作，提高客户产品质量的保障力度。
* Accomplish the assignment given by manager or top management.
完成由主管和管理层分配的工作。


Qualifications：
* University Degree in a related discipline.
相关专业大学学历
* Experience in foreign trade merchandizer or have 3rd party related Lab facing client working experience is preferred.
有外贸跟单经验或者第三方实验室对客相关工作经验
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail, CET-6
熟练使用办公软件,英文读写看往来沟通邮件
* Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients. Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions.
良好的与人沟通及协调能力，思路清晰，善于总结并主动想办法解决问题
