1. Recruitment Management - Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet the company's needs. - Establish and maintain recruitment channels, including online job platforms and headhunting services. - Organize the interview process, participate in key interview stages and assessments, and track recruitment feedback and effectiveness.
2. Policy & Procedures Management - Formulate and refine personnel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company operations. - Regularly review and update personnel systems to adapt to the company's development. - Train and guide employees to understand and adhere to company policies.
3. Visa Administration for Expatriates - Manage the work visa process for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. - Coordinate with external agency and internal departments to facilitate visa applications, extensions, and renewals. - Monitor visa expiration dates and ensure timely processing to maintain legal employment status.
4. Other Responsibilities - Supervise daily administrative operations, manage office resources, and ensure efficient utilization. - Manage the updating and maintenance of HR information and employee files. - Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints and disputes, and promoting a positive working environment. - Promote the construction of company culture and strengthen team cohesion through various activities. - Prepare the annual budget for the human resources department and monitor cost expenditures. - Collaborate with the headquarters team and various departments to provide support in human resources and administration.
**Job Requirements:** 1. Bachelor's degree or above in human resource management or a related field. Fluent in English, be able to use it as a working language. 2. At least 3 years of experience in human resource management, with experience in recruitment and system development preferred. 3. Familiar with labor laws and regulations and best practices in human resources. 4. Possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. 5. Able to handle multiple tasks, with good judgment and decision-making abilities.
