This position targets to partner with function heads to implement HR strategies that contribute to company organization and people development, to serve as a liaison between the business line and HR functions to assess human resources needs in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, learning and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and implement regional HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational transformation. - Take lead on all company HR projects in regional scope, including Performance Management, People Review, ESS Survey, etc., by close collaboration with function heads and China HR team. - To provide HR advice for building managers’ leadership capabilities.
61 Organization Transformation: - Lead the development and execution of organization transformation initiatives, including organizational design, job role design, and talent management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
61 Employee Engagement: - Design and implement people engagement activities to foster a positive and productive work environment, such as, staff town hall meeting, connection with management, annual party, team building; - Promote employee interaction, collaboration, and a sense of belonging through various engagement initiatives. - Regularly monitor and assess the effectiveness of engagement activities, making adjustments as needed to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction.
61 Change Management: - Design and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes. - Conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to stakeholders. - Develop and implement communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
61 Talent Management: - Forecast talent needs and work with HR teams to develop talent acquisition and development plans. - Oversee talent acquisition functions regionally, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational goals. - To review and analyze data to identify trends and partner with line managers to retain, develop and motivate employees to achieve employee’s fullest potential.
61 Stakeholder Engagement: - Build strong partnerships with business leaders and functional heads to understand and address their HR needs. - Act as a business partner for regional leadership teams, providing insights and solutions to drive business success.
61 Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure HR programs, tools, and actions comply with regional and local regulations, as well as company policies. - Monitor and report on key talent metrics for assigned markets, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
61 Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the company.
Required Experience & Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree or above 2. 8+ years HR experiences in big MNCs with minimum 3 years solid experience in HRBP role, shipping/logistics industry experience would be a plus. 3. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and collaborate cross-functionally. 4. Strong organizational skills and presentation skills are essential. 5. Strategic thinking, strong problem solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to use data to inform decisions. 6. Good communication and interpersonal skill to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Solid understanding of Labor law and HR related regulation 7. Fluent English in both speaking and writing
