1.Repair Service Management/维修业务管理:
Develop and manage the global after-sales repair network, including both owned and franchised repair points.
Develop local overseas repair resources to enhance global repair service satisfaction and revenue.
开发和管理全球售后服务网络，包括自营和代理维修点。
开发海外本土维修资源，提高全球维修服务满意度和收入。
2.Call Center Operations/呼叫中心运营:
Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer dissatisfaction.
保证高质量的客户服务，解决客户不满。
3.Data Analysis and Improvement/数据分析和改善:
Analyze after-sales return data to improve service quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with R&D and product lines to drive product quality improvements.
分析售后返修数据，提高服务质量和效率。
与研发和产品线合作，推动产品质量改进。
4.After-sales Warehouse Management/售后仓管理:
Oversee the daily management of after-sales warehouse operations.
Improve the utilization and turnover rate of warehouse items, reducing costs.
管理售后仓储的日常运作。
提高仓储物品的利用率和周转率，降低成本。
5.Department and Personnel Development/部门建设和人员培养:
Manage personnel and process development within the department.
Implement performance evaluation systems and motivate team members.
管理部门人员和流程发展。
实施绩效考核制度，激励团队成员。
任职资格:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of work experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in related fields such as vehicle products, DVRs, cameras, etc./本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验，相关领域（如车载产品、录像机、摄像头等）优先。
2.Proficient in the repair of hardware products.
Experience in repairing vehicle products, DVRs, cameras, or similar equipment is required./精通硬件产品维修，有车辆产品、DVR、摄像头或类似设备维修经验。
3.Familiar with the service standards and business practices for overseas clients.
Experience in serving major clients is an advantage./熟悉海外客户的服务标准及商务理解，有大客户服务经验。
4.A proven track record in managing teams.
Preference will be given to those with international work experience or experience in managing foreign personnel./有团队管理的成功经验，具有国际工作经验或管理外籍人员经验者优先。
5.Excellent communication and expression skills. A strong sense of responsibility and a strong service orientation./良好的沟通表达能力、责任心和服务意识。
6.English should be used as a working language./英语可以作为工作语言。
