QA Manager (Electronics) Duties: 1.Find root causes of defects and drive corrective and preventive actions to resolution. 2.Track and analyze defect trends, providing data-driven recommendations for process and product improvements. 3.Report on quality performance to senior management, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. 4.Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality-related challenges and improve product quality 5.Monitor production processes to identify in-ef03efficiencies and areas for improvement. 6.Implement quality checkpoints throughout manufacturing to prevent defects. 7.Utilize risk assessment tools, including PFMEA, to identify and mitigate potential process failures. 8.Work closely with suppliers to optimize production work04ows and reduce quality-related waste 9.Monitor in-coming / out going Quality controls and checks at Contract manufacturer 10.Ensure all quality documentation and reporting is available with product delivery from contract manufacture 11.Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems , policies, and procedures to support manufacturing operations. 12.Ensure compliance with relevant international quality standards and requirements. 13.Support communication between overseas and local supplier contacts to drive quality initiatives. 14.Support new product builds and design changes, ensuring quality is integrated from prototyping through to mass production. 15.Ensure effective change management processes and control points between HQ and suppliers 16.Conduct supplier quality evaluations and audits at both contract manufacturers and Tier 2 suppliers, including qualifying new suppliers. 17.Ensure adequate closure of any audit 03ndings 18.Maintain Audit register and schedule Requirements: 1.Electronics manufacturing, worked in international companies 2.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or relevant 3.Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO27001 , ISO 45001 ISO 17025, etc. 4.Proven experience with root cause analysis, process optimization, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. 5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work across cultural and geographic boundaries. 6.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7.Proficient in quality management software and tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D, APQP). 8.Certification in one or more quality frameworks, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing. 9.Experience working in a cross-functional, multi-site organization.
