岗位职责: 1.Identifies and develops new business opportunities at Europe market and EU accounts outside of Europe. 2.Builds relationships with Customers, German sales partners and AMS BU. 3.Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t. 4.Manages key customer and German sales partner’s relationships and works to build new ones. 5.Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brands. 6.Leads sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management terms. 7.Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share. 8.Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth. 9.Tracks emerging markets and trends. 10.Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions. 11.Identifies and recommends new services. 12.Proposes and develops strategic partnerships. 13.Helps to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them. 14.Researches and identifies new markets. 15.Provides advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies. 16.Builds and maintains relationships with vendors. 17.Conducts webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profiles. 18.Review and negotiate contracts. 19.Travels to market locations and other locations. 20.Fulfills requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers. 21.Helps direct development of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.
岗位要求: 1.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, Engineering or related field, MBA is a plus. 2.+10 years’ sales or marketing experience. 3.+5 years’ supervisory or management experience. 4.Mandarin (Cantonese) and English are required.
