Job Responsibility：
61 Prioritizes and processes all shipping orders including ocean/air freight including reefer containers by engaging with local freight forwarders.
61 Communicates with freight forwarders to ensure accurate and timely document legalization.
61 Manages and maintains good relationship with various logistics service providers, suppliers, customers, warehouses, business partners and cross function colleagues.
61 Negotiates with different parties for various cargo issues.
61 Recommends appropriate shipping plan and calculate logistics and tariff cost base on Buyer company requirement.
61 Has profound knowledge and understanding about all kinds of product attributes, be familiar with making import declaration documents and looking for the appropriate commodity code and declaration method to enable smooth release of customs and commodity inspection.
61 Supports global freight cost reduction & CO2 emission.

Qualification & Competency Required:
61 Preferred minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics & Transportation relevant filed in multinational companies.
61 Experience in warehouse planning, warehouse management and inland truck management will be a plus.
61 Familiar with import and export Customs declaration process, import declaration documents, commodity classification rules as well as customs clearance requirements of different customs areas in China.
61 Ample knowledge and experience in “high-mix/low volume” industry logistics
61 Great organization and planning skills with attentiveness to details
61 Open to creative ideas, and comfortable on giving and receiving constructive feedback
61 Capable to work under pressure and tight deadlines
61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
61 Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
