1. Assist in recruiting international undergraduate students, with a special focus on market development in Southeast Asia;
2. Organize recruitment events on campus and overseas throughout the year;
3. Deliver recruitment talks and conduct consultation sessions in overseas high schools and with prospects and families;
4. Provide services for international undergraduate students, including advising on and assisting with visa and residence permit applications, etc.;
5. Facilitate other OAL’s international events throughout the year;
6. Provide administrative assistance for the office;
7. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Fluent in English and in at least one of the Southeast Asian languages. Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable;
3. At least three years of working experience in senior secondary or higher education; prior counseling experiences in high schools or studying-abroad agencies in Southeast Asian countries, or recruitment experience for universities in the region is highly desirable;
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT, etc.) and other common office applications;
