At M Moser Associates, we design and deliver workplace environments that transform how people work, connect, and thrive.
With a global presence and deep local roots, our multidisciplinary teams strategize, design, engineer, and lead the complete journey of creating high-performance workspaces for some of the world’s most innovative companies.
We’re now expanding our Client Services team across the Greater Bay Area and are looking for a dynamic, outgoing professional to play a frontline role supporting our Business Units .

61 Speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin fluently — enabling you to communicate confidently.
What we’re looking for:
61 A confident communicator with a strong client focus and a collaborative spirit.
61 Someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and enjoys working closely with professionals across design, engineering, workplace strategy, sustainability, and more.
61 Familiarity with digital tools, generative AI such as ChatGPT and a willingness to experiment with new ways of working is strongly encouraged.
61 A team player who can represent M Moser externally while working hand-in-hand with our internal experts.
61 While prior industry experience is valuable, we’re especially interested in people with the right mindset — proactive, personable, and quick to build rapport.
61 International exposure through work or education is a plus. More importantly, you bring a global outlook and local understanding.
