Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary Quality representative and customer liaison for new projects, overseeing end-to-end quality activities including development, execution, and maintenance of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process. 2. Lead APQP initiatives with cross-functional support, ensuring timely identification, tracking, and resolution of quality-related issues while maintaining compliance with project timelines. 3. Deliver comprehensive quality reports, including status updates on corrective actions, implementation progress, and measurable outcomes aligned with the quality plan. 4. Facilitate and support the release of prototypes, tooling, equipment, Initial Sample Inspection (ISI), production line readiness, and customer approvals. 5. Actively participate in project milestone reviews, providing quality insights and risk assessments. 6. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational quality objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements: 1. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably within a manufacturing environment. 2. Proven background in home appliance or personal health care appliance manufacturing, with a strong understanding of industry-specific quality standards. 3. Expertise in core quality methodologies and tools, including: a. Statistical Process Control (SPC), Six Sigma, MSA, GR&R b. Problem-solving (8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA) c. Safety & compliance standards (IEC 60335, etc.) 4.Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. 5.Fluent in English (written & verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
