岗位职责: 1,Go-To-Market Strategy & Planning Develop and execute launch strategies for new products in different global markets. Define value propositions, positioning, and messaging aligned with customer needs. Set product launch timelines and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
2,Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Product Management (for product features & roadmap) and Marketing (for campaigns & promotions). Coordinate with Sales, Channel Partners, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to ensure launch readiness. Act as a bridge between R&D, regional teams, and headquarters to adapt strategies to local markets.
3,Market & Competitive Analysis Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and competitive positioning. Adjust strategies based on regional differences, customer insights, and competitor activities.
4,Product Launch Management Drive end-to-end product launch execution (from pre-launch planning to post-launch review). Ensure alignment of marketing assets, training materials, and sales enablement content.
5,Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor key GTM metrics (sales growth, adoption rates, market share). Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams for continuous improvement.
任职要求: 1,Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 2,5 years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or strategic planning (Photographic and Imaging, electronics/tech industry experience strongly preferred). 3,Experience in multi-country/global product launches, and good communication with global overseas region teams. 1,市场营销、商务或相关专业学士学位(MBA优先)。 2,5年产品营销、GTM或战略规划经验(摄影影像、电子/科技行业经验优先)。 3,具备跨国/全球产品发布经验,并与全球海外区域团队保持良好沟通。
