Position Overview
In Academy of Pharmacy, we are hiring 6 lab technicians, they would support the research and teaching work of several academic staff and assist the lab management within the Academy. They would work closely with the designated academic staff and the lab manager. Please review the following job description carefully.

Lab Technician A& B -Biological Science
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Help with daily running of laboratory.
2. Actively participate in research projects, including collaborative projects.
3. Help supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students.
4. Maintains material inventories and ensures all equipment and materials are ready for project tasks;
5. Maintains accurate records of open accounts and budget information.
6. Undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as required by the lab Manager.
Qualifications and requirements:
1. Education: BSc/MSc degree in Biology or related areas.
2. Skill: general molecular and cell biology techniques.
3. Candidates with experience in animal studies are preferred for position B.
岗位职责：
1. 协助实验室的日常运作。
2. 积极参与科研项目( 包含外部合作项目)。
3. 协助指导本科生和研究生。
4. 做好耗材库存管理和仪器维护管理，保证项目所需的仪器可以正常运行，耗材充足。
5. 协助管理预算。
6. 承担实验室经理要求的其他与等级相关的工作。
任职资格：
1. 学历：生物或相关专业的硕士或学士。
2. 技能：常规的分子和细胞生物学技术。
3. B岗位优先考虑有实验动物经验的候选人。

Lab Technician C and D -Organic Chemistry
Role & Responsibilities:
？ Communicate with research group students and staff members
？ Contribute to research projects in the area of organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry， coordination chemistry, etc.
？ Perform organic syntheses of assigned target molecules
？ Instrumental analysis of synthesized compounds, such as LCMS, HPLC, and NMR etc. to solve novel compound structures
？ Maintains material inventories and ensures all equipment and materials are ready for project tasks;
？ Undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as required by the lab Manager.
？ Technician D would work in our rented lab in Ascentage Pharma and helps to run the lab there.

Qualifications:
？ Master’s degree (or equivalent industrial experience) in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or other Chemistry-related field
？ Hands-on synthetic organic chemistry laboratory experience, preferred if with research project experience and industrial work experience
？ Strong sense of responsibility, good scientific communication skills, and creativity are essential to fulfill the requirements of this job
岗位职责:

3、执行指定目标分子的有机合成。
4、对合成的化合物进行仪器分析，如LCMS、HPLC、NMR等，以解决新的化合物结构。

6、承担实验室经理要求的与等级相关的其他职责。
7.实验员D 将在药学院在亚盛租赁的实验室工作，协助实验室管理。
任职资格：
1、有机化学、药物化学、应用化学或其他化学相关领域的硕士学位(或同等行业经验)
2、有有机合成实验室工作经验，有研究项目经验和工业工作经验者优先
3、责任心强，有良好的科学沟通能力和创造力，能满足本工作的要求
