Tasks职责: 1/ Training & development - Support to establish training management system. - Support the annual training needs analysis, training plan finalization and execution. - Monitor the training process and upgrade the training policy. - Organize training programs and evaluate the training effectiveness by using different approaches, and improve the training effectivenss continously. - Manage internal & external training resources. - Management of HRIS training stream. - Support the implementation of performance management. 2/ Communication - Support the implementation of internal and external communication strategies. - Develop contents for internal & external communication. - Manage internal & external communicaton related systems, medias and improve the process, layout continously. - Support to organize culture events or employer branding activities.
要求Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years working experience, C&B background is preferred 2. Logical thinking, self-motivated, positive attitude 3. Strong desire to learn, creative and have sense of art 4. Well organized and able to work efficiently under high pressure 5. Excellent communication skill, Good figure sense, Good in English 6. Office 365, Good at PPT skill
