Responsibilities: 61 Post the recruitment needs online and quickly select the suitable candidate. 61 Responsible for handling HR daily work to meet the growth and development needs of the business units. 61 Follow up employee transfer and onboarding/offboarding work, include but not limited to the staff information registration, materials collection, social account (social insurance and housing fund), transfer in or out and separation certificate and etc. 61 In charge of new employee orientation and work as a functional buddy of the new hire during his/her probation. 61 Be responsible for the monthly payroll, the social insurance & housing fund calculation and the related labor cost. 61 Work as business partner to support HR manager to investigate and analyze the causes of employee turnover, and prepare the related documents. 61 Assist and participate in the development and implementation of annual training plans. 61 Assist and participate the achieving annual performance management goals. 61 Assist and participate in completing the audit of the company's quality management system (IATF16949) . 61 Complete other tasks/projects assigned by HR Manager.
Position Skills and Experience Requirements: 61 Bachelor Degree or above with major in Human Resources Management or other relevant field; 61 Familiar with Labor Law and the related local regulations; 61 At least 3 years’ related experiences in foreign manufacturing plant; 61 Fluent in English and proficient in MS office software; 61 With certain negotiation and coordination skills; 61 Good planning, organization and priority skills; 61 A good team player and result driven.
