【岗位职责Responsibility】: 1.Collect customer machine anomaly information, create corresponding service number, coordinate relevant departments and service engineer to deal with problems, coordinate machine spare parts replacement. 收集客户端设备异常信息,生成对应服务编号,协调相关部门及售后服务人员处理异常,协调设备备件更换申请。 2.Creat spare parts and service quotation, customer order input, maintenance, follow-up, send and receive spare parts courier, as well as arrange shipments. 备件及服务报价制作,客户订单的录入、维护、跟进,收发零配件快递,以及安排出货。 3.Responsible for monthly customer statement production, as well as the monthly order invoicing request, follow up the status of order payment. 负责每月客户对账单制作,以及当月订单的开票申请,跟进订单付款状态。 4.Coordinate communication with third-party system service providers to clients for service 协调沟通第三方系统服务商去客户端进行服务。 5.Travel and transportation arrangements for internal teams and service staff, document records and expense reimbursement reviews. 内部团队及售后人员的差旅交通安排,单据记录及费报销审核。 6.Update service equipment list and service reports, record service events, archive service incident management. 更新维护设备清单信息和售后服务报告,记录服务事件,归档服务事件管理。 7.Regularly collect feedback on client satisfaction by mail or phone. 通过邮件或者电话定期收集客户端满意度的反馈。 8.Other work assigned by supervisor. 上级主管安排的其他事项
【岗位要求Requirements】: 1.Good command of Chinese and English, good at summing up and digging customer needs. 良好的中英文表达能力,善于总结、挖掘客户需求 2.Require strong communication skills, serious, careful, responsible. 要求沟通能力强,认真,仔细,有责任心 3.Automation equipment related components work experience is preferred, after-sales experience is preferred. 有非标自动化设备相关零部件工作经验者优先,有相关的售后经验者优先 4.Strong study, problem-solving and analysis ability, be willing to widen skills and knowledge. 较强的学习能力,问题解决和分析能力,乐于提升技能和知识 5.Good teamwork spirit and service consciousness 良好的团队合作精神和服务意识 6.Good English Language in speaking and writing 良好的英语听说读写能力
