To assist the director of the International Innovation Hub with education training and outreach activities, the main responsibilities are listed as follows:
1. Support developing and implementing operational plans for innovation and entrepreneurship education and outreach of IIH;
2. Build IIH maker curriculum system;
3. Design maker education syllabus and teaching PPT, and conduct research and iteration of teaching methods;
4. Participate in the teaching tasks of maker training programs according to the arrangement;
5. Conduct training review and reflection after teaching, and optimize courseware;
6. Support organizing regular seminars, talks, competitions, activities, IEM mentoring scheme and events to create and foster the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship, and develop syntegrative talents;
7. Other work task assigned by university.

协助西浦国际创新港主任开展创新创业培训和相关活动，主要职责如下：
1. 协助制定和实施关于西浦国际创新港举办的创新创业培训与活动的计划；
2. 负责搭建国际创新港创客课程体系；
3. 完成创客教育教学大纲和教学 PPT 的制作，并进行教学方法的研究和迭代；
4. 根据安排，参与公开课、体验课等的教学任务；
5. 教学后进行教学总结和教学反思，进行课件优化；
6. 协助支持部门定期举办的研讨会、讲座、竞赛、活动、创新与创业家导师计划和活动，营造和培育创新创业精神，培养复合型人才；
7. 大学分配的其他工作任务。

Qualifications:
1. Master degree or above, majoring in electronic, mechanical, computing, automation and other related engineering majors;
2. Have the ability to independently develop maker courses and deliver teaching experience, including science, physics, mechanics, electronic circuits, programming, 3D printing, design, etc.;
3. Familiar with maker practices, such as 3D printing, Arduino intelligent hardware and program development, robots and sensors, etc. are preferred;
4. Have passion in education, strong affinity, good psychological quality, and professional quality;
5. Be able to interact with academic staff internally and with external organizations;
6. Be able to deal with and solve complex problems；
7. Good writing, editing and communicating skills both in English and Chinese.
资质要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，电子、机械、设计、计算机、自动化等理工科相关专业；
2. 具有独立开发创客课程能力及良好的授课经验，包括科学、物理、机械、电子电路、编程、3D 打印、设计等；
3. 3D打印、Arduino智能硬件及程序开发、机器人及传感器等创客实践，会其中一到两种者优先考虑；
4. 热爱教育，亲和力强，心理素质良好，具有良好的职业素养；
5. 具有良好的沟通能力，能够与学校内部人员和外部机构形成良好的交流互动；
6. 具备处理与解决复杂问题的能力；
7. 良好的中英文写作、编辑和沟通能力。
