This role is mainly to support Regional President for all business meetings/reports and administrative details. He/she will be the key contact window for all stakeholders internally to ensure a smooth and professional transactions.
Responsibilities: - On-time collect, verify and consolidate the business reports/presentations. - Coordinate the business meetings and take the minutes of the Meetings including action items. - On-time support the Regional President on organizing meetings; managing schedule; travel arrangements (e.g. flights, hotel, etc.), other administrative support. - On-time follow up the tasks with stakeholders of the organizations. - Other tasks according to the requests.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above - Minimum of 5 years working experience in related position, preferably in the Manufacture industry - Fluent both verbal and written English - Excellent communication skills - Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and other software - Strong interpersonal skills - Proactive approach - Problem-solving skills - Able to multitask, ability to work under pressure with tight deadline - Strong time-management and organizational skills - Flexible working time - Open and positive mind-set.
