职责
1. 熟练使用海克斯康三坐标进行编程、检测。
Proficient in using of Hexagon coordinates (CMM) for programming and measurement.
2. 熟练使用投影仪进行编程、检测。
Proficient in programming and measuring with projector.
3. 主要负责机加工零部件、注塑件的外观及尺寸检测。
Mainly responsible for the appearance and dimensions detection of machined parts and injection parts.
4． 将检测数据形成检测报告，确保数据准确，记录完整。
Make measurement report, ensure data accuracy and complete records.
5. 具备一定报告数据分析能力，能给出相应的改进建议并与客户做必要的解释。
Have the ability to analyze reports’ data , can recommend changes and also explain to customers.
6. 具备一定的沟通、协调能力：与客户测量数据有差异时，能进行必要的分析/沟通及确认。
Have a certain degree of communication and coordination ability: when there is a difference with the customer measurement data, can carry out the necessary analysis/communication and confirmation
7. 会使用高度尺、卡尺、千分尺等常规的质量检测工具。
Skilled to use height gauge, caliper, micrometer and other conventional quality inspection tools.
8. 熟悉三坐标等质量检测工具的日常维护保养。
Familiar with the daily maintenance and calibration of quality inspection tools such as CMM.
9. 检测仪器、检具的校验计划安排及报告的保存。
Measurement instruments、inspection gauges calibration arrangement and report saving
10. 服从部门领导的工作安排, 以及同事间的相互协作。
Follow the work arrangement of department leader，and collaboration among colleagues

任职资格：Qualification
1． 大专以上学历、模具行业优先；
College degree or above, mold industry preferred;
2． 机械制造业工作经验5年以上，有海克斯康三坐标工作经验3年以上，针对注塑产品与模具能独立完成编程。
More than 5 years working experience in machinery manufacturing industry, more than 3 years working experience in Hexagon coordinate, can independently complete programming for injection molding products and molds.
3． 熟练看懂机械2D、3D图，具有较强的识图能力，熟悉几何公差熟练使用office办公软件；
Proficient in reading mechanical 2D and 3D drawings, with strong ability to read drawings, familiar with geometric tolerances and skilled use of office software.
4. 具备一定的英语读写能力，能看懂英文图纸及要求，制作英文测量报告；口语优者，优先；
Have a certain degree of English reading and writing ability, can understand English drawings and requirements, make English measurement reports; Good oral English preferred;
