II. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The purpose of this position is to assist the sales manager in dealing with the daily work of business, and assist to improve the department process to serve the enterprise development more effectively.
III. GENERAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
1) Handle sales calls and customer enquiries by phone and email 2) Be the *** point of contact for Selig’s customers in nominated areas 3) Work closely with the sales, technical colleagues to ensure that external & internal customers’ needs are met in a timely & efficient manner 4) Carry out administrative tasks, including daily order processing, monthly Invoicing/payment collection arrangement based on different payment terms of customers. 5) Assist the Sales Manager in requesting and sending quotations and samples. 6) Prepare sales summary information/data collection and assist the Sales Manager in preparing for customer visits 7) Liaise with other Selig departments to meet customers’ requirements as required 8) Promote, introduce and reinforce best practice in the customer service team, adopting & sharing best practice from/with other Selig sites 9) Occasional attendance at monthly or quarterly sales meetings. 10) Preparation of reports 11) Maintain strong cross functional relationships within the company to maximize our customers’ experience 12) Receiving orders for export goods, notifying production, shipping, customs declaration and other operations.
IV. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1) Educations a) College degree or above. 2) Experience, skills and knowledge a) More than two years freight forwarding experience; More than six years of foreign trade operation experience; More than three years sales experience; b) Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; c) Have strong overall planning and coordination ability, and be able to handle domestic and foreign trade and sales related affairs independently; d) Be proficient in using all kinds of office software; e) Packaging experience needed
