Job Responsibilities: 1) Independently carry out various immunology-related cell experiments, such as MLR, T-cell mediated cytotoxicity, T-cell activation, T-cell proliferation, cytokine detection, reporter gene detection, etc. Be proficient in using flow cytometers. 2) Be capable of independently troubleshooting during experiments and providing preliminary solutions. 3) Process and analyze experimental data using software such as Excel, and complete experimental records in a timely manner. 4) Regularly report work progress on a weekly basis. 5) Participate in the maintenance of the laboratory.
Position Qualifications: 1) Relevant major in biology, with a master's degree or above. 2) At least two years of relevant working experience. 3) Proficient in basic cell culture techniques, including thawing, passaging, and cryopreservation of mammalian cell lines. 4) Proficient in the isolation and purification of PBMCs, as well as the separation and purification of various immune cells using immunomagnetic beads. 5) Proficient in operating flow cytometers, capable of independently performing multi-color staining and fluorescence compensation adjustment; with rich experience in extracellular staining and permeabilization staining of cells. 6) Familiar with the principles of various in vitro cell experiments related to immunology and have rich operating experience, such as MLR, T cell-mediated cytotoxicity, T cell activation, T cell proliferation, detection of cytokines by ELISA, reporter gene detection, CTG detection, etc. 7) Careful and cautious in work, with strong sense of responsibility and love for experimental work. 8) Strong learning ability and work organization, with good teamwork spirit and service awareness.
