Job Description: 1.Establish and oversee ethics and compliance risk management in China; 2.Lead compliance risk reviews on the topics of competition, import & export control, corruption, fraud, data protection, and other business ethics and compliance areas that apply to business operations in China; 3.Perform testing and monitoring to validate company activities and business processes adhere to guidelines established by headquarter and China government at national and local level; 4.Participate in projects/committees/initiatives as assigned to support assurance objectives and to provide proactive Ethics and Compliance risk guidance to business; 5.Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of China legal guidelines and internal policies, in collaboration with Headquarter Chief Compliance Officer and internal control; 6.Support Chief Compliance office to conduct or assist in carrying out professional, prompt and thorough investigations on reported violations of company policy and law and to develop and implement a proactive compliance risk assessment process for business units and functions to identify top risks and develop mitigation strategies. 7.Provide timely compliance consultation in daily business, including advising the business about the risks associated with using third party agents and conducting due diligence for all third-party agency in China. 8.Partner with management team of China affiliates and conduct business ethics investigations propose remediation plan and provide compliance recommendation of solutions; 9.Seek solutions to gaps identified during assessments and support with risk mitigation activities; 10.Determine if management action items for resolution are followed to completion; 11.Make sure the implementation of Headquarter instructions and internal control are followed by affiliates. 12.Deliver training and awareness for Ethics and Compliance; 13.Continuously promote the importance of strong business ethics and compliance controls; 14.Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control; Requirement: 1.Minimum five (5) years of prior compliance experience working in a compliance / legal / governance or regulatory environment, with investigations and /or regulatory compliance related areas in multi-international company preferred. 2.A Bachelor’s degree or higher in legal / Internal Audit is preferred with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) with good cultural sensitivity. 3.Knowledge on local regulatory landscape including specific knowledge and experience with Chinese anti-bribery and corruption, data privacy, competition, anti-corruption laws, anti-trust laws, fraud and abuse, anti-bribery laws and practices, including use of third-party agents in China. 4.Knowledge on business processes and document process controls in flowcharts and/or narratives;
