1.Assisting the academy management team in the development and implementation of promotional strategies across all marketing channels 2.Overseeing all marketing activities related to advertisement and programme promotion 3.Analyzing the market to identify the target audience and current market trends 4.Occasionally assessing educational programmes to determine if any adjustments are needed to match customers’ demands statistics 5.Ensuring a positive public image and consistent media coverage of our academy’s initiatives/programs/actions and objectives 6.Managing a team of specialists and assisting in the creation of press releases and social media posts that preserve our reputation 7.Responding to media inquiries for information release 8.Building impactful public relations strategies that shape the public perception of our organization 9.Maintaining strong connections with media representatives
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field-Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or similar 2.5+ years of experience in marketing or public relations managerial roles, higher education sector or pharmaceutical industry related work experience is preferred 3.Outstanding analytical skills—being able to foresee challenges and come up with solutions 4.In-depth understanding of social media 5.First-class written and spoken communication 6.Budget management skills 7.Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management
