Manage and direct site maintenance team on customer site, including cooperate with customer and internal Dematic, commissioning, repair, maintenance, training, spare parts management and promotion, system audit, M&U recommendation, etc.
负责管理客户现场的驻场服务工作，包括客户和公司的内部协调工作，调试、维修、保养、客户培训，备件管理、备件推荐、系统改善建议等。
Key Responsibilities主要职责
团队管理及人才发展Team Management & Talent Development - 20%
1.Responsible for people development, to bring maintenance staff to next level through coaching and training.
2.Ensure that all employees / contractors and all activities meet applicable Dematic management systems (e.g., EHS, Controls and Quality).
3.Customer training.
EHS管理EHS management - 10%
1.To ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Group EHS requirements, during equipment / facility running and maintenance process.
2.SHE leadership – uphold the highest SHE standard and practices, foster the desired safety culture & behaviors, competency and leadership in the service team.02
3.Report, investigate and learn from all incidents and near misses, eliminate root causes. Meet SHE and process safety targets
费用控制Cost Control - 10%
1.Work actively to remove barriers to help ensure maintenance / project / turn-around work activities meet its cost and time delivery goals.
2.Responsible for managing maintenance activities within the budget, identify and capture efficiencies and prioritize work commitments, etc.
维修管理Maintenance management - 40%
1.Responsible for establishing, maintaining and implementing equipment TPM plan (including but not limited periodic check, repairing, overhaul, modification and upgrade)
2.Effectively manage maintenance strategies, planning, scheduling and execution to ensure safety, reliability and integrity.
3.Create the reasonable and efficient maintenance process, standardize all maintenance procedures.
4.Facilities/Capital/Efficiency）Management - 10%
支持Support -10%
1.Develop spare part strategy, review Spare Parts stock and promote parts sales.
2.System audit, M&U recommendation etc.
3.Other assignment from manager
Education/Certification教育背景/证书
1.Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechanical & Electrical or Mechanical etc.
2.Good spoken and written English.
Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office very well.

84Three (minimum) - Five-year experience in troubleshooting electromechanical and/or mechanical equipment.
3-5年电气和/或机械调试经验；
84A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic technical manuals & drawings.

84Working experience with troubleshooting S7 PLC's is required.
Siemens PLC操作经验优先；
84Basic understanding of control systems and techniques.

84Successful candidate should have some working experience with material handling equipment.

84Hardworking and willing to work over time and under high pressure.
