Main Task：
1、Develop & Expand TRUMPF Laser business for TruMicro and TPnano (pulsed ns to fs Laser)
2、Define product requirements
3、Lead the TRUMPF pulsed laser business development strategy in focus markets foil processing and laser cleaning
4、Drive continuous product development of TruMicro and TPnano
5、Lead NPI processes in China
6、Solve technical issues related to product performance & application
7、Support localization projects
8、Technical consulting of customer
9、Establish network with industrial partners and anticipate business opportunities, market trends and product requirements
10、Analyze competitive situation
11、Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

Requirements:
1、Min. 3-5 years' work experience in Laser or related Machine building company
2、Background: Product Management & Laser applications
3、English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing，German is a plus.
4、Team player, independent worker, fast learner, higher travel frequency
5、Be forward-looking, be able to identify trends and to develop and to maintain the right network within the industry.
6、Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation
7、Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.
8、Ability to continuously learn.
9、Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
