1.) Provide sales Support - Research and compare the products of the competitors about the key components, structure and key technical specifications -Support the sales in the target applications by defining, contacting and winning the customers in the targeted industries -Customer visits and presentation of product spectrum -Determination of requirements and formulation of solutions via PULS procedure -Participation in the products development of concept for customized inquiries -Transfer of local customer needs to HQ in collaboration with technical support -Support the marketing team like the new product launching event, road show, exhibition and other company or products promotion events
2.) Build up the technical support platform -write the application notes on the interesting application of the PULS products regularly; -help to build up the Sales Manual System as the guide for the sales/distributors to know the PULS and the competitors’ products quickly and easily; -help to build up the demo systems and prepare the training materials to highlight the technical features and applications of PULS products; -Implementation of the technical training to the sales team, the distributors or the key customers 3.) Cooperation & communication - Close collaboration with all functions if necessary for any technical needs; - Support and cooperate the team members to develop new business successfully; - Cooperate with CSC for customer complain issue when needed
Requirement: Bechalor's degree,major in electrics or electronics' Knowledge on power supply or related products Industry automation working experience >5 yerars work experience and at least 2 years technical experience (R&D, Application or technical support) in the power supply industry Good command of both written and oral English Ability to work effectively and independently Good communication skill, business sense and team spirit
