? Establish marketing strategy, planning, opportunities identification, competitor analysis, risk analysis for iwis ? Set up targets or objectives for sales in co-operation with supervisor, lead and motivate team members to reach targets ? Lead and coach team members to more professional and qualified ? Develop current and potential key customers and key projects from potential markets (order intake). ? Maintain good and close relationship with current and potential key customers ? In charge of all commercial issues such as: quotation; negotiating the purchasing price with supplier for big project or customer ? as a main contact window and responsible person in charge for any customer issues like complaint or urgent delivery ? Support local Sales manager within ASEAN region for sales networking building and turnover increase Qualification: ? Graduate from University, Bachelor degree or above ? Mechanical engineering, and / or business related ? Good at English speaking, reading and writing, CET4 or above, fluent spoken English is a must ? Able to work under high pressure ? Logical and analytical thinking ? Leadership / motivation ability ? Management experience ? Commitment, Self-initiative, Team-work spirit ? Experience in successful sales, KAM and project management ? Experience in chain industry is preferred ? Strong oral and written communication skills for reports and customer interaction ? Due to interaction levels and issues handled, strong interpersonal / negotiating skills also related to upper management ? Dynamic and self-motivated person, who wants to be successful and grow with company in long term
