MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：
● Lead technical support, troubleshooting and technical training for customers in collaboration with Customer R&D and ensure the resolution of all application problems. Advise, assist and train all departments as needed on technical issues.
● Assist Product Experts and Customer R&D in the development of new formulations and management of customer projects – from theoretical recipe over lab prototypes to industrial product for both internal and external clients.
● Jointly analyze with the Product Experts the results obtained in the production of the samples produced in application
● Drive the development, implementation and monitoring of application lab operating procedures to ensure that experiments and analyses are conducted within established budgets and according to established scientific standards.
● Prioritize and allocate application lab operations and workflow so that the Technical Services equipment and resources are used efficiently and work schedules and targets are met. Additionally, adopt and implement new technology for application lab operations.
● Coordinate samples preparation in the application lab in a timely manner and to meet project specifications.
● Management of sample room and application lab, ensure to pass the possible customer audit when needed.

SCOPE：
● Work with Customer R&D, Marketing and Sales to enable innovation, brain storming and concept build up.
● Work with Customer R&D, Marketing and Sales to participant showcase, roadshow and innovation days.
● Work with Product Expert Team to review and answer to customer requests.
● Work with QA team to support the complaints if needed.
● Work with Operation team for facility and maintenance in the pilot plant and application lab.

QUALIFICATIONS：
● Min. Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or other equivalent background.
● Min. 5 Years of experience on product development, process or production, strong application knowledge especially in bakery, ice cream segment.
● Proficient in MS office suite and database management.
● Fluent Business English.
