工作职责: 1) Team management - prepare the yearly performance target (GEP) for the application engineers. - collect and review of the weekly report from the application engineers and sum-up the team monthly report to the general manager. - organize the monthly team meeting. - year-end performance review for the application engineers; 2.) Team development - prepare the team training plan together with HR team and the general manager. - prepare and implement the PULS product & application training course to the sales engineers and the distributors (even to the key customers); 3.) Build up the technical support platform. - update the STK(Sales Tools Kit) to the latest version at each end of the quarter; - update the quarterly competition analysis report with the support from PAC team in Munich; 4.) Communication and the Cooperation - coordinate all the internal communications which related to the team daily tasks. - coordinate the communications which related to the PAC team in Munich office. - support the marketing activities (such as the trade show and seminars);
工作要求 : Bachelor’s degree, Major in electrics or electronics At least 5 years technical experience (R&D, Application or technical support) in the power supply industry At least 3 years working experience in a multi-national company as a team leader role Knowledge on relative products of power supply Good command of both Chinese and English Good communication skills between cross functions and even cross nationals Excellent problem-solving ability High potential to be developed
