Job Responsibility a. In charge of quality for trading goods b. Participate in on-site analysis and handle of quality problem, especially trading goods c. Maintain good communication with the customer. General and deep understanding of customer requirements. Timely resolution of customer complaints d. Responsible for customer satisfaction and dealing with complaints/communication/issue 8D report e. Coordinate R&D to do industrialization and gathering feedback from customer f. Changing management for the whole work shop g. Other temporarily tasks arranged by Manager Job Requirements a. Fluent English in written and oral b. Familiar with Industry Management System Tools c. Familiar with Quality Management Tools d. Hand-on attitude and ability of dealing with complexity e. With good team spirit and communication skills f. business travel is required
