Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, preferably in physics, engineering, computer science, medical imaging, or similar disciplines.
2. Work Experience:
At least 8 years of relevant experience in quality or operations roles, with 3 years in quality or operations management; experience in quality management within the medical, automotive, or semiconductor industries preferred, and experience in group-wide global quality coordination is a plus.
3. Professional Skills:
Proficient in quality management methods and tools, such as SPC, QC 7 tools, 8D, 5 Whys, Cp, etc.; Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
4. Industry Standards:
Familiar with ISO 13485 medical quality system requirements; experience with FDA, MDR, or IATF 16949 is a plus.
5. Other Qualities:
o Eager to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills, with a strong self-driven attitude.
o Fair, honest, resilient, and possesses excellent teamwork spirit.
o Ability to adapt quickly to a multicultural environment.
o Willingness to travel internationally.
o Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
