Manage Employees Daily Lifecycle This role will manage daily operations of the Human Resources Shared Services Center independtly. Delivering efficient and effective HR services to employees and managers across the organization. This role will focus on lifecycle daily tasks, handling middle level complexi inquiries, and providing professional support in areas such as onboarding, transfer, promotion, employee data management and benefits administration.
1. HR Inquiry Management Manage incoming queries from employees through various channels (email, phone, ticketing system) and provide professional timely and accurate responses. Manage middle level complex issues and escalate high level complex issues to senior leadership. 2. Lifecycle Management Preparation of onboarding materials independently and ensure a smooth and good experience of onboarding process for new hires. Track onboarding progress and gather feedback to improve the process. Prepare transfer / promotion related documents and ensure smooth transfer / promotion process for our employees. Employee Data Management Cross check employee records in different HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations. Generate regular HR reports as needed. 4. Benefits and Payroll Assistance Lead administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Assist in the processing and checking of attendance, leave record, ensuring all data is accurate and deadlines are met. 5. Training and Development Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in HR practices. 6. General Administration Perform general administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling meetings and other out door work. 职位要求: 1.Bachelor. 5year Work Experience above。 2.Careful / Willing to learn new things 3.Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel,PPT and outlook) 4.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion 5.Customer Service orientation with a problem-solving attitude 6.Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
