Provides technical marketing support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with complex products, such as operating systems and capital equipment. Develops detailed customer installation and/or system integration plans. Works with marketing and product managers to make market survey, investigate competitive environment and define new products
Job responsibility: 1. Analyze market requirements, trends utilizing data and competitive environment changes; Support data collections for applications database and installed machine databases, and utilization factors. Make recommendations to product marketing team if required for new features to support new package types and product developments. 2. Implement, manage and report on machine qualifications/evaluation plan, as agreed upon with marketing and engineering. Participate in Eval Program, Quality, Work in Process conference calls. 3. Product development, feature enhancement and customization support by customer voice, field info and benchmarking data collections etc. 4. Product presentation and business developments. Define and promote all Cross Sell / Total solution opportunities such as Wadge bonders, Consumable, and Automation etc. Product Roadshow, Presentation, Technical seminar and Semicon show etc. 5. Product transition and improvement by working together and coordinating with customers, sales, services and engineering team etc. 6. Identify and promote internally and external market Opportunities that are available throughout the K&S/Customer engagement process.
Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor's Degree, and 5~7 years related work experience. 2. Familiar with WB equipment and its process. 3. Experience in a market driven engineering company working with sales, marketing and engineering program management. Have worked directly with customers. 4. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, project management, market survey and customer service skills. 5. Effectively interact with customer and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. 6. Fluent in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking. 7. Accept about 30% frequency of business trips.
