Responsibilities： 80Implementation and oversight of Quality Management System that operates in compliance with corporate quality policies and procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements and industry guidance 80Develop risk management strategies. 80Design and maintain control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies. 80Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with business policies. 80Manage and maintain document management and quality systems 80Advise the top management on business operations relating to investment, risks, and any other policy development. 80Manage external audits for ISO Registrars and other external regulatory bodies. 80Develop and maintain extensive knowledge and understanding in the following areas: 80Regulatory and Systems Policies and Procedures 80Quality System Risk Assessments and compliance gaps 80Customer needs and specifications 80Document and Quality system management 80Lead any quality related investigation in APAC and work out the investigation report and corrective action plan etc. 80Develop yearly quality plan and KPI to align with business needs and Corp. goal. 80Organize and conduct any quality or compliance related training 80Be able to lead and influence the required change under compliance requirement. 80Other project or assignment from line manager
Required Experience： 80Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , business administration or a related field is required. 80Equivalent work experience of 8-10 years of manufacturing industry experience is applicable. 80Expertise in industry trends, laws, regulations, and ISO management system requirements 80Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities 806 sigma (green belt or black belt), and continuous improvement experience will be preferred
Preferred Experience： 80Certified ISO professional is a plus 80Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping 80Experience in risk management or auditing 80Exposure to curating, executing, and monitoring quality projects
