RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Talk with customer on details collection of pictures/technical data/functional description to clarify the inquiry 2.Technical support for details of new inquiry during the acquisition phase for service teammate 3.Quotation follow-up and order processing on service inquiries 4.Participate in the evaluation and development of local new upgrade products 5.Follow up and Manage local effective upgrade orders from start to end 6.Supporting on BST upgrade projects implementation 7.Link for internal communications on Inquiry/Upgrade/Project between related internal departments/BST Siegsdorf 8.On-site technical support / service when necessary 9.Support to identify/promote service sales opportunities 10.As required, participate in market surveys, product strategies and market development activities 11.Participate in trade shows, technical meetings, and conventions / seminars as required 12.Develop and maintain a technical working understanding of product lines and markets including a basic understanding of product manufacturing processes and customer use applications 13.Coordination of marketing activities 14.Coordinate any necessary visits 15.Other assistant job assigned by supervisor REQUIREMENTS: 1.Technical understanding/working experience on industry machinery 2.Project management experience 3.Both oral and written English 4.Self-learning and Solution driven 5.Sales driven 6.Open minded EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 1.Technical background, Major in Mechanical and Electrical or Mechatronics 2.Bachelor’s degree 3.Experience of Microsoft office and ERP/SAP system operation 4.After sales service background preferable
