Job Responsibility
1. 作为质量功能上的项目小组成员积极参与项目开发过程；
Be actively involved in the APQP-process as a APQP project team member representing the Quality function;
2. 负责在项目开发阶段收集类似产品在质量控制方面的经验和定义产品内部控制质量目标；
Responsible to collect similar product’s experience for quality control side in phase 0 of project development, and define internal quality target;
3. 参与生产线验收、过程验收和过程验证；在节拍生产验证时，从质量方面验证结果是否符合本公司和顾客的要求，检查问题在SOP前的关闭状态；
Participate in production line release, process release and process validation; Verify that the results from quality related activities at R@R meet Autoliv and customer requirements. Verify the closure of open.
4. 确定产品样件、试生产、生产各阶段的控制计划并负责编制和监督实施，确保过程受控；
Responsible to work out Prototype-, pre-production- and serial production control plan and supervise to implement, ensure process within control;
5. 确保所有与产品相关的（关键过程控制点...）在任何生产阶段都受到控制（主导制定有效的控制计划）。
Assure, that all product related requirements (KPC’s...) are under control (lead the preparation of efficient Control Plans) at any production stage
6. 确保批量生产过程可以被评估为100%安全（过程失效模式及后果分析和控制计划活动中验证设备概念，并监控相关行动计划的进展）。
Assure, that the series-production process can be assessed as 100% secured (validate the equipment concept during P-FMEA & Control Plan activities and monitor the progress on the related action plan)
7. 定期进行风险评估（例如通过共享）

8. 定义项目量具，创建量具技术方案，并检查和验收量具
Define program gauge & Create gauge technical pan &Check and accept gauge
9. 负责确定产品的检验方法和检夹具，并编制产品/零件的检验规范和产品审核指导书；
Responsible to define the inspection methods and gauges of products/components; And make products/components inspection work instruction & product audit work instruction;
10. 负责制定产品/零件测量系统研究计划和实施、判定；
Responsible to establish products/components MSA study plan and implement & judgement;
11. 负责顾客PPAP及时，准确的审查和签字，准时提交给顾客；
Support timely & accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off, submit to customer on time;
12. 主导问题解决跨功能小组运用8D过程：
Lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process:
13. 为了解决问题和验证顾客或公司关注项，分析任何产品的不符合;
To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or internal concern.
14. 参与变更管理，确保变更被有效地计划和实施，得到充分验证，并被正确记录；
Participate change management, ensure change was planned and implemented efficiently, the validation is robust and change is recorded correctly;
15. 参与产品/过程/出货审核，及客户审核
Participate in product/process/dock audits/and customer audit.

required
1. 熟悉IATF16949质量体系,有内审员证书；
Familiar with IATF16949 system and with internal auditor certificate;
2. 熟悉APQP，FMEA，MSA，SPC、8D, DOE等质量工具；
Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP，FMEA，MSA，SPC、8D, DOE;
3. 熟悉OEM整车厂要求；
Familiar with the requirement of OEM.
4. 根据部门技术要求，具备专业知识。
Relevant expertise according to the technologies of the Division
5. 至少掌握两门语言（英语必选）
