岗位职责
Job description:
1、参与设计质量控制卡,设定产品机器质量文件书.
Participate in designing machine quality control points, and set up the machine quality book.
2、参与产品过程控制，执行出货前机器产品最终检验，参与验收前的产品质量控制
Participate in-process control, ensure product quality, perform Machine Final Control Check before shipment, and participate quality control before final acceptance in field.
3、监控制程，安装，质保期内的产品质量KPI, 审核市场质量状况并推动相关部门提供改善对策并确保对策执行
Monitor product KPIs throughout their lifecycle ( in-process, installation, warranty ), review and analyze field interventions, drive the team to make solid action plans, and ensure that all related corrective actions are well implemented.
4、与售后，工程，总部（意大利或者芬兰）一起分析并解决客户市场的主要问题
Work with After-service, Engineering, and headquarters (Italy and Finland) to analyze and solve the specific quality issues raised by customers.
5、参与总部新项目的导入，并建立质量控制点。
Participate in headquarters (Italy and Finland) for new project localization, and set up quality control in all stages.
6、持续监控所有质量目标的进展（不良品管控，市场质量问题管控）监督履行必要的改进措施.
Continuously monitor the progress of all quality objectives (including non-conformity management, and quality problems from installation and field) and supervise the implementation of necessary improvement measures.
7、能接受海外的出差&培训和国内出差
Accept overseas travel & training and domestic business travel if critical quality issues in the field.
JOB Qualifications:
1、本科以上学历；机械设备行业优先，英语能写，能说优先；
A bachelor's degree or above, in the equipment industry is preferred, and good written English and oral English is preferred.
2、5年以上质量相关岗位工作经验。
At least 5 years of working experience in quality
3、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；良好的团队协作以及沟通能力；
Responsible, rigorous, hard-working, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, good teamwork and communication skills.
