Job responsibility 岗位职责：
1.Responsible for criteria preparation and management of process and product quality management for new project/product and training provided to the related team members.负责新项目/产品的标准和流程及产品质量管理的准备工作，并为相关团队成员提供培训。
2.Participate in the process of audit cover assembly process and testing process to identify sources of variation in manufacturing processes and then drive internal improvement and ensure products meet customer requirements参与审核覆盖装配过程和测试过程，以识别制造过程中的变异来源，推动内部改进，并确保产品满足客户要求。
3.Dealing with oversea customer complaints. 处理海外客户投诉。
4.Coordinate NY and SZ local production team and engineering team to do root cause analysis and corrective action for improvement. 协调纽约和深圳当地的生产团队和工程团队进行根本原因分析和改进措施的制定。
5.Track the open issue and verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions till it closes. 跟踪未解决的问题，并验证纠正措施的有效性，直至问题关闭。
6.Periodically to review RMA repair data and do data analysis to control and monitor product performance and work on the monthly report. 定期审查RMA维修数据，进行数据分析以控制和监控产品性能，并完成月度报告。
7. Coordinate and organize customer audits, such as tracking the open issue, and closing the open issue. 协调和组织客户审核，例如跟踪未解决问题并关闭未解决问题。
8. Trip to customer site as requirement. 根据要求前往客户现场
7.Complete another task assigned by manager. 完成经理分配的其他任务。

Requirement 岗位要求：
1.Junior College Degree or above with major in electronics or mechanical or related. 大专以上学历,电子或机械相关专业。
2.Certified ISO auditor. 具备ISO审核员认证资格。
3.Be familiar with PCBA manufacture process and IPC610 standard. 熟悉PCBA制造工艺及IPC610标准
4.Excellent written & spoken English language skills is a must. 优秀的英语书面和口语能力是必备条件。
5.Good at use probability and statistical quality control tools do analytical and problem-solving. 擅长运用概率和统计质量控制工具进行分析和问题解决。
6.Rich experience in quality control of manufacturing and assembly process, procedures. 在制造和装配过程、程序的质量控制方面具有丰富经验。
7.Capability of good organization and communication skills. 具备良好的组织和沟通能力。
8.Oversea education or work experience is preferred. 有海外教育或工作经历者优先。
