职位描述
Roles & Responsibilities:



Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, collecting & analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
61 Collaborate closely with all teams and colleagues of SEC to support the routine work.
61 Assist the deputy head of SAO with scheduling meetings, and travel plans.
61 Coordinate office supplies, take meeting minutes, and make attendance records.
61 Support academic practices related to the physical education teaching including but not limited to the teaching timetable scheduling, PE classes online selection & change coordination, part-time teachers contact and their attendance recording, the student assessment coordinating, student marks collection and modification, academic committee meetings attending, etc.
61 Support the centre-level project such as the national physical fitness test for all students, the series of sports competitions, etc.
61 Get involved in the gym operation.
61 Coordinate the routine operation of the PEC public email account.
61 Give support to office-level and university-level projects.
61 Other tasks assigned by the line manager.





Qualifications:



Master degree in data science, journalism, or education related is preferred;
61 Ideally with no less than 2-year working experience;
61 Deep understanding of transnational education;
61 Evidence of continued professional training.





Required Competencies and Skills:



61 Good command of written and spoken skills in both Chinese and English.
61 A high standard of literacy.
61 Excellent computer skills in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
61 Attention to details in working on reports and correspondence including accurate typing and proof reading skills.
61 Good experience with AI application to empower work.
61 Excellent skills on data collecting and analyzing.
61 Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people, to work as part of a team, and to liaise with colleagues where work interests overlap.
61 Excellent communication and coordination skills.
61 Loyalty, dependability, reliability and ability to produce work of high quality.
61 Ability to prioritize and organize duties in an efficient manner.
