Roles & Responsibilities: 61Acts as one of the main contacts between alumni and the school, responds to enquiries and acts as a point of welcome for alumni visiting the campus, to ensure a professional, high quality and customer-focused service is applied throughout all alumni relations activities. 61Meets alumni and others, representing the school and university at alumni, university and other external events and meetings. 61Stays informed of current trends, best practice, professional standards, regulations and new concepts within alumni engagement and provides motivation and training concerning alumni relations development so that the school’s and university’s objectives are achieved. 61Assesses current support and services with an eye towards continuous improvement and innovation to enhance both the quality of the experience and the number of alumni engaged. 61Liaises with all areas of the university to ensure that there is effective communication with colleagues on matters relating to events, group activities, publications, websites, social media, and email communication, electronic and physical newsletters, etc. 61Supports the whole team with daily tasks and communication: - arranges events logistics and prepares necessary documentation. - records event details, company visit information, gift storage, etc. - manages and maintains alumni records in the system. 61Produces reports, analysis and presentations on regular basis to assist in planning and organizing events and activities as required. 61Recruits, trains, and monitors the work of interns. 61Represents the needs, concerns, and interests of the IBSS Alumni Community to the school and university leadership and staff. 61Undertakes any other duties assigned by the Business Engagement Manager of IBSS.
